Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of posting-app.com (the "Service"), operated by Casiva Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you schedule and publish content to Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads and TikTok through the platforms' official APIs, manage connected client accounts, view reports, and optionally generate content with AI. Availability of each integration depends on the respective platform's approval and policies.
2. Your account and connected accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You may connect only social accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for every account you connect and every piece of content you publish.
- You must comply with the terms and policies of Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok when using the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or platform-policy-violating content, to spam, to publish identical or substantially similar content across many accounts in a manipulative way, or to attempt to circumvent platform limits. You may not use the Service to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer it.
4. Suspension and enforcement
Because one customer's misuse can jeopardise the platform access relied upon by all customers, we may suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the policies of a connected platform, or applicable law, or where necessary to protect the Service or other customers. We will, where practicable, notify you of the reason.
5. AI-generated content
The Service can generate text, images and video with AI. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and platform policies, including any required disclosure that content is AI-generated. AI output is provided "as is" and may contain errors.
6. Analytics and aggregated benchmarks
We may use data generated through your use of the Service to compute aggregated, anonymised benchmarks by industry sector, subject to safeguards that prevent identification of any individual business, and may offer these benchmarks as a feature or product. We do not sell your individual data. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, on a recurring basis. Prices and plan limits are shown at sign-up and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Where a subscription ends or a plan is downgraded, features and limits are adjusted accordingly.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and publish it on your instruction. The Service software and branding remain our property.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions or policy changes of the third-party platforms, nor for content you choose to publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may terminate or suspend access as described above.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
